Technical Support for AudioJPEG:      

Known Issue(s):

  • Second-level+ IE-spawned IE-browsers do not load AudioJPEG.
    Level: Low
    Description:     When an IE browser opens another (such as using File>New>Window), AudioJPEG (running and recognizing AudioJPEGs in the parent browser) does not run in the child browser. 
    Workaround: Open AudioJPEG webpages with new browser windows (which is mostly the I.E. default anyway).
    Estimated Fix Date: January, 2004.

Notice: Always be sure to download the latest version of AudioJPEG (which is build 022 - released DEC-11-2003).
